Economic competition
In the process of legal consulting related to the restructuring projects of firms, we provide the elaboration of optimal legal agendas associated with company division, merger or takeover, and conduct legal analyses assessing the effects of the stated transactions on economic competition and provide legal aid in the approval process for domestic and international transactions with impact on the relevant market. We also represent clients in proceedings with the SR Anti-Monopoly Board and in legal cases involving the SR Supreme Court.
