Equally dynamic as the current labour market are the accompanying changes in the area of labour law. Our lawyers work intensively with these developments, while not neglecting the changing conditions on the international labour market brought about by the increasing free movement of workers between EU member countries. Legal advice in this area does not consist only of the preparation and amendment of work contracts, but includes also the negotiation and signing of collective agreements, the resolution of labour law disputes, the conclusion of contracts on termination of labour relations, contracts on taking over employees within company restructuring processes, and the like.
